Description:

We would like to host a public event celebrating the passing of the legislation that founded The Evergreen State College. The original singing date was March 21, 1967. We are planning to invite elected officials, past Evergreen presidents, our board members, donors, distinguished alumni, tribal chairs, etc. We would like to have a signing of a document/proclamation (currently under investigation) and host a simple reception to include light bites and non-alcoholic beverages. I imagine we may have some form of signage for visibility for our patrons as well as the public. The intent is to have this event in the rotunda. Any idea or suggestions you have are greatly appreciated.
