Contract terms, conditions, specifications and pricing remain unchanged. Issed CCI to reflect contract extension and change in State Procurement Officer. Based on contract usage information submitted by contractors, WBE's usage increased from 2% to 10%. Review of original Invitation for Bid confirmed the selective use of "must" and "may" where it intentionally wanted to be permissive. This allowed the contract to be extended for a short period of time past its 6-year term. |
