PRE-BID WALK-THROUGH: 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, March 26, 2019.
Location: the Coleman building at 1801 Hub Drive, Sedro-Woolley, WA 98284
Directions: From I-5:
• Follow WA State Highway 20 east through the City of Sedro-Woolley to a traffic light at the intersection with Fruitdale Road.
• Turn left on North Fruitdale Road.
• Follow North Fruitdale Road past a small golf course and neighborhood of colorful homes on the left and grassy area on the right. There is a sign on the right that says “SWIFT Center”.
• Enter the roundabout and take the first exit onto Northern State Road and drive past the gatehouse on the right.
• At the Y shortly after the gatehouse, turn left to stay on Northern State Road.
• Turn right onto Hub Drive. The Coleman Building is the first building on the right.
• Parking is available at the building.

Contractors may obtain plans and specifications from the Consultant, ARC Pacific Northwest, 2730 Occidental Avenue South, Seattle, WA 98134, telephone (206) 622-6000, fax (206) 382-4397 upon the deposit of $50.00. Please make checks payable to Schreiber Starling Whitehead Architects. Plans must be returned in good condition within seven (7) days following bid date to obtain a refund of deposit. After seven days no refunds will be made.

The State of Washington prevailing wage rates are applicable for this public works project located in Skagit County. Bidders are responsible to verify and use the most recent prevailing wage rates. The “Effective Date” for this project is the Bid Form due date above.
