| 07-18-2006 : | Per WSDOT request, Chapperel Trucking, Inc. will be added to the contract to facilitate their aerial photogammetry needs. This contractor meets the airport availability and airplane equipment needs for WSDOT. WSDOT has submitted sufficient documentation to support sole source for the current contract period. In the event another vendor can meet the airport and equipment needs in the future, we can rebid. This contract addition is effective July 1, 2006 through April 30, 2008. I have updated the CCI and PCMS to reflect this addition. | |

While verifying their contact information on the web, I was informed their Account Administrator no longer works for them. I explained that keeping their information current on the web is their responsibility, and provided the the email address for them to update their information. | |
