| 04-01-2019 : | NEW CONTRACT | NEW CONTRACT Contract 01712 has expired and has been replaced with contract 00519. This contract is the result of a NASPO cooperative solicitation. Goodyear, BFUSA (Bridgestone/Firestone) and Continental are the awarded vendors. CHANGES FROM OLD CONTRACT: * Michelin is no longer an awarded vendor * Continental is an awarded vendor * Pricing and Authorized Dealer locations will be available on vendor's websites WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR MOST USERS? The contract is awarded to the manufactures and they provide a list of the Authorized Dealers that service the contract. Most users are accustomed to visiting the same authorized dealer. It is important for users to verify that their authorized dealers are still included in the contract. The Authorized Dealers must be listed on the Manufactures state contract website. Another important change is the way pricing and Authorized Vendors is displayed. The vendors have dedicated websites that has current pricing and Authorized Distributor locations. The websites currently require a log in however any users may create an account.
