2017092809-28-2017 :	CONTRACT CHANGE	Amendment #1 has been executed with the following vendors to increase the Vendor Managment Fee (VMF) from .74% to 1.5 %. This contract was awarded with the .74% VMF and is included in the discounts provided by the vendors. Pricing has been adjusted to compensate for the additional .76% increase. These prices are effective 10-1-2017. Fine Family LLC, Pape Machinery Inc., Globe Trailer Manufacturing Inc., Pretige truck Accesories Inc., & Jennings Equipment.

2017011101-11-2017 :	NEW CONTRACT	Contract 00816 is active and in full force. Sales are authorized immediatly. Effective date of 1/09/2017.
2017010601-06-2017 :	NEW CONTRACT	Awards are final. 5 vendors representing 22 manufacturers in 3 categories. Contracts have been released to vendors for signature.
2017010401-04-2017 :	NEW CONTRACT	Apparent Successful Bidders have been announced and the debrief 3 day waiting period has passed. Award letters are being drafted and contract documents finalized. Anticipate implementation of contract week of 1/9/2017.
2016021002-10-2016 :		Per S. Jenkins (WSDOT): Hold development of solicitation. WSDOT is gathering input from regional Superintendents and will report back.
2016020402-04-2016 :		Contract 04810 is nearing its maximum term date of 1/2/17. Sales data and input from user agencies justifies the contract being re-bid. Development of a replacement solicitation is underway. Interested parties are encouraged to contact the procurement coordinator Steve Hatfield at Steve.Hatfield@des.wa.gov. Anticipated release of solicitation in Fall 2016.
