| 08-27-2007 : | Sanofi Pasteur Shipping Information notification; Posted on Aug 18, 2007: From Sanofi Pasteur: Flu Shipping Season has arrived! All customers will be contacted via fax, email, or phone, 1-2 weeks prior to their product shipping. This will allow them time to plan or change their ship date, should they not be available to receive the vaccine during that time. It is important that customers respond promptly to these shipping alerts. Sanofi Pasteur] will be provide a Fluzone shipping report each week during shipping season MMCAP will have this posted each Monday. Reading the Report: The report shows the doses reserved as well as the doses shipped along with other pertinent order information. Please take note of the Delivery Date column as this will show not only the dates for product that already shipped but also the anticipated ship date Window for each customer. Shipping Window means if the ship date shows up as 8/27, the product will ship as early as 8/27 but no later than 9/6. This is very important, so please remember that the Window is 2 weeks. Those with ship dates greater than 2 weeks away will show TBD until the ship date is assigned. | |
