The Department of Enterprise Services will be holding a Vendor Meeting in preparation for the rebid of IT Cabling #00918. This current Master Contract expires 11-12-2021. The meeting provides vendors an opportunity to provide feedback on the current contract and to learn steps they can take to prepare for a rebid for this contract before the solicitation is posted. Enterprise Services will take feedback about the current contract from 1-2 pm., and will discuss steps vendors can take to prepare for a rebid of this contract from 2-3 p.m. There is no registration required to attend this meeting. This Master Contract has contractors that provide IT cabling materials and services for new and previously installed Local Area Networks (LANs) and Wide Area Networks (WANs) and other voice, data or video systems for six regions across Washington State. This Customer Feedback Session will be held via video/phone teleconference Tuesday December 8, 2020, 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. If you have purchased IT Cabling products from this contract, or tried to purchase off this contract and experienced difficulty, we would like to hear from you.
