2009030903-09-2009 : Recieved WSP's response to specifications. DOC will respond this week.
2009021702-17-2009 : DOC requested to ensure that the future new contract has the same units/models as the current contract. Requested detailed information as to why other manufacturers units would not meet their needs.
2009010601-06-2009 : Contract is due to expire May 31, 2008 and has to be rebid. Request for VPR with response date of 02/02/2009.

2007032603-26-2007 : ProForce Law Enforcement accepted our offer to extend contract for 2 more years. Amendment and CCI to Purchasing Unit Manager for approval and counter signature. CCI will be uploaded closer to expiration date of May 31, 2007.
2007031403-14-2007 : Contract is due to expire May 31, 2007 and due to the recent re-assignment to Proforce Marketing vender report card's (VRC) were send to WSP who has already placed an order with the new contractor. Request for VRC will also be solicit with the next broadcast with a response date of April 3, 2007. VRC response from WSP was positive and supports contract extension.
2007030603-06-2007 : Contract was re-assigned to Proforce Marketing, Inc., dba Proforce Law Enforcement.
2007030503-05-2007 : Received updated product information for X26 taser, improvement to magazine and controller; X26E taser change of model number. M26 taser price decrease on three options, change of model number for single shot non-conductive cartridge as well as discontinued items. Proforce Law Enforcement is also offering a 2% discount for single orders of of 900 or more units and an additional 2% dicounte for single orders of 1201 or more units. CCI to purchasing unit manager for approval and counter signature. CCI posted to internet.
2007021402-14-2007 : Assignment letter has been signed by Ruddell International and by ProForce Law Enforcement. ProForce is currently updating the items listed on contract (i.e. deleting discontinued items), as well as reviewing current pricing and may be able to offer a price increase for some contract items. Anticipate to receive updates by 2-19-07 and to have CCI ready for management review and countersignature by 2-20-07.
2007010401-04-2007 : 12-27-06 Letter to Ruddell International notifying him that in order for Proforce Inc., dba Proforce Law Enforcement to take over the contract as an authorized distributor, he has to officially assign the responsibilities of the contract to Proforce. Provided "Assignment of Responsbilities" letter for contractors signature. After receipt of signed document updates will be published via CCI. Expecting to have contract actions/ updates completed the week of January 15th.
2006120712-07-2006 : Stacie Sundberg, Vice President, Global Sales Operations for Taser International informed us that they entered into a business relationship with Proforce Inc./ Davidsons in Arizone. Proforce is now an authorized distributor for the State of Washington. Contacted John Werkhoven at Proforce and he indicated that they are currently reviewing the contract information and pricing. Anticipate to have contract negotiations completed the week of December 18th.
2006111511-15-2006 : Taser International and Ruddel International have terminated their distributor relationship. We are in negotiations with manufacturer Taser International regarding contract coverage.
2005051005-10-2005 : Effective June 1, 2005 this contract is being extended for a period of 2 years with no change in pricing. Average pricing for units purchased by the Louisiana Sheriff's Office, Las Vegas Police Department, Colorado Springs Police Department and the homeland Security Department is $975.00 which is 20.5% higher than our contract price.
2005011801-18-2005 : Extended due date for CPEs until February 4th, 2005 since so far no responses have been received from end-users.
2005011001-10-2005 : CPEs are due January 17, 2005.
2004121312-13-2004 : Contract is due to expire May 31, 2005. CPE request via weekly OSP broadcast to customers with a response date of January 17, 2005.
2003011601-16-2003 : The bid released for the City of Lynnwood has the required Washington State language that will allow the State of Washington to make a state wide contract award after the City of Lynnwood completes their bid evaluation and award.
