2008050705-07-2008 :		Contract due to expire on June 6th, 2008. No break in coverage anticipated. Letters are drafted to go out next week to vendors and customers regarding extensions of current work contracts & new contract 00508 processes.
2008040104-01-2008 :		This contract is due to expire on 06/06/2008. Working on rebid under contract 00508.
2006031503-15-2006 :		In accordance with WAC: 296-127-023 Information below pertains to Contract 01902: Janitorial Services Prevailing Wage for King, Clark and Spokane Counties are based on the collective bargaining agreements and are based on the dates set forth in those agreements. Prevailing Wage does not automatically increase or decrease every August and March for these designated counties. All other counties are based on a survey methodology and are established separately for each county, and are reflective of local wage conditions. How this affects current state contracts: (EXAMPLE) Contracts that are extended (signed) between the dates of Sept 1st, 2005 and March 2nd, 2006 will be firm fixed for the extension period that the prevailing wage rate set on August 31, 2005. Contracts that are extended (signed) between the dates of March 3rd, 2006 and August 31st, 2006 will be firm fixed for the extension period that the prevailing wage rate set on March 3rd, 2006.
