2018050305-03-2018 : CONTRACT REBID STATUS Email sent to all stakeholders today to review specifications, draft of bid tab and current pricing by category and to provide input to the Mark Roush the Contracts Specialist for this contract no later than 6/7/2018. Meeting scheduled with Stakeholders Steve Jenkins, Daryl Blumberg, Scott Jackson of WSDOT at WSDOT TEF for 5/30/2018 with Mark Roush and Tom Allman to discuss the specifications and timetable for the rebid of this contract.
2018042304-23-2018 : CONTRACT EXTENSION STATUS This contract is being extended for twelve (12) months or until a replacement contract is awarded whichever is earlier. Any questions can be directed to Mark Roush the Contracts Specialist.

2018011901-19-2018 : CONTRACT STATUS Summary - When Tom Allman was on leave on 1/1/02018 Mark Roush received an email from Lindy Giles of WSDOT asking if there was price increase for vendor Altec. Mark researched the contract and files and found that base unit pricing was correct, however option pricing needed to be updated and was posted to the portal page with options updated. Mark later informed Lindy Giles of WSDOT regarding the posting.
2017080108-01-2017 : CONTRACT EXTENSION STATUS Vendor Utilities Equipment Inc dba Terex Utilities sent proof of payment of DES Vendor Management Fees (VMF) on 7/31/2017. Accordingly Supervisor Cynthia Shaw signed amendment #6 extending this contact for this vendor until 01/29/2018 OR until a replacement contract is awarded if earlier. Sent executed copy to vendor Utilities Equipment Inc. dba Terex Utilities for their records. Updated PCMS.
2017032703-27-2017 : CONTRACT EXTENSION STATUS This contract is being extended for four (4) months from the current stop date of 9/29/2017 to 01/29/2018 or until replacement contract is in place whichever comes first.

2015091709-17-2015 : The current contract information has been updated to reflect a 24 month extension, effective October 1, 2015 through September 29, 2017.
2015091409-14-2015 : The extension document was sent to all contractors with a return date of 9/18/15. By other communication means the contractor have tentatively expressed their willingness to extend. DES does not anticipate a break in coverage.
2015090809-08-2015 : Feedback period ended September 2nd per broadcast. Only received 1 positive feedback from WSDOT from the Bi-Weekly Broadcast or Vendor and Contract Performance. Contractors are up-to-date on sales reporting and management fee payments, based on all of the above factors, have emailed the Contractors contract amendments for the final 2 year extension, due September 18.
2015081908-19-2015 : The Manlifts- Various Sizes contract (#02911) is scheduled to expire September 29, 2015. Enterprise Services is seeking customer feedback by September 2, 2015, using the online Vendor and Contract Performance Feedback form. Customers who feel that the current contract does not meet their needs are encouraged to contact DES Contracts Specialist Breann Aggers at (360) 407-9416.

2013111411-14-2013 : CONTRACT CHANGE A price adjustment has been approved for the Terex portion of the contract. The increase is for 6.74% for item one and its options on the contract. Item two for Terex - 54' manlift with pedestal has been removed from the contract because it has been discontinued. The options for the Nelson Trucking portion of the contract have been updated to reflect the newer Duralift brand of options. Updated pricing and ordering pages have been posted to the portal page. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
2013092309-23-2013 : CONTRACT EXTENSION Contract 02911 Manlifs has been extended with all vendors for a 24 month term. The new term is effective 9/30/13 through 9/29/15. All other terms and conditions remin unchanged.
2012042704-27-2012 : CONTRACT CHANGE Price adjustment has been approved for Line Item 4, Crew cab, Cab and Chassis. This Category is awarded to Lake City Ford. Updated pricing pages have been posted to the portal page. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
2012020802-08-2012 : CONTRACT CHANGE Items Addittion: Additional options and optional deducts have been added to the Nelson Trucking Portion of the contract. The revised Pricing and Ordering Information has been posted to the contract portal page.
2011092209-22-2011 : NEW CONTRACT An official Award was made on 9/22/2011. The Contract will become effective on 9/30/2011. Awards were made to Terex Utilities, Altec Industries and Nelson Truck Equipment Co.
