| 05-28-2020 : | The existing state bulk fuel Master Contract (00311) is scheduled to expire in May 2021. Enterprise Services wants your help on a new Master Contract for bulk fuel that will meet your needs as a customer. Enterprise Services is mindful that participating on a team will place another demand on your available time and we’ll do our best to keep the participation efficient as possible. If you are interested in joining the sourcing team to develop the strategy for the new bulk fuel contract, please contact me at breann.aggers@des.wa.gov. Sourcing Team members will take part in a few one-hour meetings to get desired feedback through June, July, and August. Being a sourcing team member gives you the opportunity to set what is in the contract, to guarantee important items to your agency, and ensure your priorities are included in the contract. These meetings will supplement the information received on prior meetings over the last year and to confirm the strategic direction. |
