2007092409-24-2007 : TimeMark, Inc. requested, via email on 9/6/07, to have four (4) items removed from their portion of the contract because they no longer manufacture the older type of items. The items are: Beta Traffic Recorder, Delta IIIB Traffic Recorders in Cast Cases, Delta IIIL Traffic Recorders in Cast Cases, and Delta IIIL Traffic Recorders in Sheet Metal Cases. Amendment 2 was sent to Holly Maisel at TimeMark, Inc. via email on 9/24/07. Holly returned the Amendment via fax on 9/24/07. A fully executed Amendment will be sent to TimeMark, Inc. once the Amendment is approved by Heidi Bohl, for Christine Warnock.

2005040804-08-2005 : DOT requested to add controller unit manufactured by Eagle and controller software products manufactured by Northwest Signal Supply to Northwest Signal Supply's portion of the contract. Northwest Signal is the only eagle distributor that can provide the controller unit with the WAO3 software package. Adding these products may increase the contract value by approximately $125,000/2 years per DOTs estimates. The new contract term value is $6,860,864.00. L.E.D. manufacturer GELcore (previously represented by Western Traffic Systems) was reinstated under McCain's portion of contract. McCain has the exclusive distributorship with GELcore and made the commitment to honor the 30% discount of the original award. The incorporation of the above additions does not alter the original scope of the contract.
