2016061506-15-2016 : CONTRACT EXTENSION STATUS The Hazardous Waste Handling and Disposal Service contract (#03614) was awarded June 07, 2016. It replaces Hazardous Waste Handling and Disposal Service contract (#03505) that expires June 29, 2016. Hazardous Waste Handling and Disposal Service contract has an initial term of June 30, 2016 to June 29, 2019. Enterprise Services is seeking continuous customer feedback on the new contract using the Vendor and Contract Report Card. 2016052305-23-2016 : CONTRACT REBID STATUS The Rebid will be completed by Mid-June DES doesn’t expect a gap in contracts.
2015122912-29-2015 : CONTRACT STATUS All Management fees are paid for 1st, 2nd and 3rd Quarters of 2015. Currently working on rebid contract # 03614 DES received 3 Bid for the solicitation we are currently evaluating the bids. The evaluation process will run through the week of 11 January 2016.
2015100110-01-2015 : CONTRACT REBID STATUS The rebid solicitation contract number 03614 is projected to be post 8 Oct 15 in WEBS. The pre bid meeting will be On 22 Oct 15 for more information please refer to the posted solicitation.
2015040904-09-2015 : CONTRACT REBID STATUS The current contract is being rebid Stakeholder Committee is review the IFB solicitation that will be posted in the next few month.
2015020402-04-2015 : CONTRACT EXTENSION STATUS Contract was extended for 12 months from 06/30/2015 through 06/29/2016. The comtract is currently under rebid review with the Technical Group, Effective start date of extension Feb. 3, 2015.
2015011601-16-2015 : CONTRACT EXTENSION STATUS The Dept. of Enterprise is looking into extending the current contract for a twelve (12) month term from 06/30/2015 through 06/29/2016 or until the contract can be rebid and awarded, whichever occurs first. All other terms, conditions, technical specifications, and pricing remain unchanged. DES is aware that surpassing the max term is not a common practice, but under the current situation and complexity of the rebid it is in the best interest for the State to extend the current contract for twelve (12) months. 2014111211-12-2014 : CONTRACT REBID STATUS Further changes needed to solicitation #03614 ( rebid IFB), competing projects, and staffing shortages have delayed the goal of posting the new solicitation to WEBS and the target for the December 16th pre-bid will be rescheduled. The Procurement Coordinator will be on leave from November 17th until December 8th. During her absence, some duties will be performed by the Team 1 Office Assistant. It is now projected that the bid will be posted in January with a February Pre-bid.

2014061906-19-2014 : Heather Randol from Portland state University has joined our Technical Group. The State of Oregon is the 2nd largest user of this contract. Clean Harbors gave us the name of heather Randol as we were unable to see/know which entity in Oregon used this contract.
2014040804-08-2014 : CONTRACT REBID STATUS 2nd Stakeholder Committee meeting is scheduled for April 25 from 10 - 11:30am. Received 2 new partcipants to represent part C users of the contract, 1 from Island Co. and 1 from Lewis Co.
2014022802-28-2014 : CONTRACT REBID STATUS Rebid Stakeholder Committee kickoff scheduled for March 19th. Contract expires 6/30/2015 but due to the complexity of the service rebid timeline will be aprox. 12 months. Contract Consultant Cathy Moxley has been assigned the rebid and Contract Specialist LeAnna Sandy will assist and then manage the contract once awarded. Will be sending out a broadcast with a link to the vendor report card asking for feedback from the customer community. A vendor forum will also take place but do not have a scheduled date established at this time.
2014010601-06-2014 : CONTRACT CHANGE FACILITY ADDITION: Effective 1/7/14, Safety-Kleen (owned and operated by Clean Harbors) is added to the contract for the sole purpose of fuel bulking.
2013083008-30-2013 : CONTRACT CHANGE FACILITIES CHANGE: Effective 8/30/13, DeMenno/Kerdoon TSDF replaces Evergreen TSDF as the recycling/waste disposal center for antifreeze and oil.

2013052005-20-2013 : CONTRACT CHANGE PRICE INCREASE: Effective 7/1/13, all lines of contract except for vermiculite increase 2.84%. Vermiculite (coarse and medium-ground) increase to $30.70 per bag.
