| 03-12-2015 : | CONTRACT CHANGE | Incorporating various van interior upfits. Various upfit products to modify a van to be used as a service vehicle are now authorized on the contract. Products can include, but are not limited to, shelving, bulkheads, and ladder racks. These products can be either manufacturer approved products that are installed while the vehicle is in transit from the factory to the dealer, or coordinated by the dealer with a van upfit contractor of their choice. The State requests that the dealer secure agreements with multiple upfitters to allow for more choice and availability for customers. The number of upfitters will be considered at each contract extension interval. All van interior upfit products are “at will” products and can be removed from the contract at the States discretion with 30 days’ notice. These upfit products will not be exclusive for the vehicle dealers and the State is free to have additional contract(s) with interior upfit vendor(s). All other pricing, terms, and conditions remain unchanged. |

No further orders will be processed or authorized under this contract. This termination by mutual agreement is not reflective of Karmarts performance and the state of Washington is appreciative of Karmarts partnership in supplying world class products and customer service. |
