| 03-29-2022 : | PRICE ADJUSTMENT | Due to the pricing change to the MSRP made by Pelco Inc. to their products, the Contractor URS Electronics has requested and been approved a price adjustment. This price adjustment is to their listed discount percentage off MSRP. The new discount rate is 28% off MSRP for Pelco Inc. products sold under their Contract. We feel that the modification to the MSRP pricing is directly impacting this Contractor’s ability to sell these products and is justified as an unanticipated increase. The price change will become effective April 1, 2022. This adjustment is to Pelco Inc. products only sold by URS Electronics.
