DES FPS maintains an on-call consultant list, which includes a majority of the professional services outlined in the prior Environmental Consulting Master Contract. |

If an open enrollment is determined to be necessary, the intent of DES is to have the open enrollment contracts signed and in place prior to the current expiration in April of 2017.

Received e-mail from Paul Day (signatory) on Thursday, Sept 29, 2016 stating that Patriot Technical Consultants was closing its doors permanently on Friday, Sept 30, 2016. Mr. Day requested to terminate the contract the Master Contract #05414 – Environmental Consulting Services between Patriot Technical and Dept. of Enterprise Services.
Accordingly, Patriot Technical Consultants were made inactive in the PCMS system and removed from the WEBS notification list for Contract #05414 – Environmental Consulting Services. |
