We are exploring our options to see if we can change to be more in line with other NASPO ValuePoint contract commodities that overlap in Washington to provide the most value and cost savings to agencies in the State for the entire portfolio. | |

| 06-29-2015 : | NEW CONTRACT | Fully executed Participating Addendums are place and effective July 1, 2015 with the following Vendors: 1) Konica Minolta, 2) Canon USA, 3) Ricoh, and 4) Xerox. Negotiations are ongoing and it is expected that fully executed PA's with Hewlett Packard and Sharp Electronics will be in place the week of June 29, 2015. Negotiations with Toshiba are still in progess. |

| 01-27-2015 : | NEW CONTRACT | The state of Nevada has awarded seven (7) Contractors in seven (7) categories. Washington will begin the Participating Addendum negotiation process as contract documents become available on the WSCA-NASPO website. The state intends to enter into participating addendums with all seven (7) awarded Contractors. Upon successful negotiation, Washington contract documents will be avialble the DES website. The new contract will be effective April 1, 2015. |
