Enterprise Services is looking for IT Cabling customers to serve on the sourcing team for a re-bid of the Master Contract 00918. If your organization has an upcoming IT cabling project this is a great opportunity to make sure your needs are represented in the Master Contract.
Items for discussion in sourcing team meetings will include IT Cabling, regional awards, Public Works requirements, specifications, options, contract length, evaluations and improvements.
A sourcing team member should expect to devote a few hours a month for three months (tentatively mid-January through mid-April 2021), and an evaluator should expect to devote approximately 5 hours for evaluations in July 2021.
If you have input to share, but no capacity to become a sourcing team member, DES invites you to fill in the Vendor and Contract Performance Feedback to share with DES what is working, what isn’t working, or what we can do differently in the new contract.
