2023121112-11-2023 : Lead state of Oklahoma has made the decision to extend this contract 06316 and all vendors until 04/30/2024 to avoid any gaps. The new agreement 05720 has signed agreements from most of the new awarded vendors and anticipates final negotiations to be completed soon. Washington DES is working through the Participating Addendum process with the awarded and signed vendors.

2023080108-01-2023 : Lead State of Oklahoma has signed 4 executed agreements, which will be posted on the NASPO site by 8/4/23. Additionally, they are working towards signing with the remaining awarded bidders by 8/30/23. DES will be working with vendors on Washington PA agreements.

The scope of this NASPO ValuePoint contract will be expanded to include the following categories: 1) Body Worm Cameras (current category), 2) Vehicle Mounted Cameras (current category), 3) Data Sorage (cureent category), 4) Interrogation/Interview canersa nd recording devices (new cateogry), 5) License Plate Readers (new category).
2020090809-08-2020 : CONTRACT REBID STATUS Re-bid activities continue with the Lead State, Oklahoma, hosting an Industry meeting Fall-2020.
2020051905-19-2020 : CONTRACT REBID STATUS The state of Washington participates on the nationwide Sourcing Team. The rebide will include an industry meeting to understand changes in the market and any new technology. The industry meeting will be held in late-fall 2020.
2018121212-12-2018 : CONTRACT EXTENSION STATUS The NASPO Public Safety Video Systems Master Agreement, lead by the state of Oklahoma, was extended for another term through 1/31/2020. 2018012401-24-2018 : NEW CONTRACT Newly awarded IT contract 06316 for Dashboard Camera Systems, Body Cameras, Video Storage and Management is now available to customers. The new contract replaced the In-Vehicle Video Surveillance Cameras contract 00512 which was terminated January 1, 2018. This contract is a NASPO ValuePoint cooperative contract that was led by the state of Oklahoma with Washington State participation throughout the procurement. DES has executed a Participating Addendum with Coban Technologies, Inc. and will be working with Axon and Getac for additional Participating Addendums.
