2017060506-05-2017 : PRICE ADJUSTMENT LeMay has been approved for a price increase on 1 July 2017 the percentages are as followed; Olympic and Southwest Regions by 5 %, the Northwest Region by 2.88% and for all region products by 3.30%. All the pricing on the current CCI reflect the price increase.
2015122912-29-2015 : CONTRACT STATUS Vendors are up to date on all vendor sales reporting/Mgmt Fees.
2015101210-12-2015 : PRICE ADJUSTMENT DeVries Business Services has been approved for a price increase in the North Central Region by 1.64%, the South Central Region by 2.37% and the Eastern Region by 5.16%. All the pricing on the current CCI reflect the price increase.
2015100110-01-2015 : A overall contract price increase was approved for LaMay in all regions in the contracts areas. The increase was 4.5% affective on 30 June 2015. DeVries Business Services has requested a price increase but it still is under review.
2015052905-29-2015 : CONTRACT EXTENSION STATUS Onsite Document Destruction Services contract (#07412) Extension.The Onsite Document Destruction Services contract (#07412) has been extended. The new extension term will be from July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2017. Enterprise Services is seeking continuous customer feedback on the new contract using the Vendor and Contract Report Card. 2015042804-28-2015 : CONTRACT EXTENSION STATUS Dept. of Enterprise is seeking customer feedback on the contract below if you can please fill out the performance feedback below or send it to the correct section within your Dept. that would help me out tremendously thank you for your time. Feedback sought on On-Site Document Destruction Services contract extension Contract # 07412- On-Site Document Destruction Services is scheduled to expire June 30, 2015 and is preparing to be extended. Enterprise Services is seeking customer feedback using the Vendor and Contract Performance Feedback by May 15, 2015. 2015040904-09-2015 : CONTRACT CHANGE EFFECTIVE 04/09/2015 Amendment #2, Added On-off-site destruction paper media to DeVries Price sheet. The line item was never add at the beginning of the contact for DeVries but was on LaMays contract.
2014111211-12-2014 : Customers of Contract 07412, On-site Document Destruction Service, are encouraged to partner with Contractors to establish a staged environment for bin servicing. Smaller agencies may utilize a different method whereby the Contractor will walk through the facility collecting documents from smaller bins. These bins should be placed in a secure location prior to scheduled pickup. Contractors will be contacting customers to offer assistance in the consolidation efforts.
2014092409-24-2014 : Update the current contract information to reflect a price adjustment (increase) for LeMay Mobile Shredding, effective October 8, 2014. LeMay Mobile Shredding was granted an increase of 4.34% on all items.
2014081308-13-2014 : Met with LeMay Mobile Shredding regarding a price adjustment (increase). LeMay is proposing a 70% increase. I have forwarded their supporting documentation to our Business Process and Design Team for them to take a second look.
2014072107-21-2014 : As indicated in the solicitation, in the Summary of Opportunity, section 1.0 Purpose of the IFB, it states “Agencies in the greater Olympia /Capital Campus area, currently served in this capacity by State employees, may have superseding authority to decline participation in this contract”. LeMay Mobile Shredding requested a separate contract with DES with a price adjustment (increase), as the information above excluded DES. The CS advised LeMay Mobile Shredding that is contract will be for use by all Washington State Agencies, including where applicable: Institutions of Higher Education, Political Subdivisions, and Non-Profit Corporations, in addition to mandatory use by State agencies. Department of Enterprise Services is a Washington State Agency; therefore, DES will begin utilizing the state master contract number 07412, titled Onsite Document Destruction Service, under the same terms conditions, specifications, and pricing as set forth in the contract.
2014071407-14-2014 : The CS is still in negoiations with the vendors regarding their price adjustment (increase).
2014061906-19-2014 : Both vendors have requested a price adjustment, increase. The Business Process and Design Team has denied LeMay's and DeVerious proposed price adjustment as it does not meet the contract requirements. As indicated in the solicitation the price adjustment needs to be a pass-through basis only and shall not produce a higher profit margin that was established by the original contract pricing. The revised request must include supporting documentation such as a price increase at the manufacturer's level and/or other documentation, such as the old and new invoices. The CS is currently working with both vendors to revise their propose price adjustement.
2014013001-30-2014 : Effective February 3, 2014, Contract has been assigned to Sheila Mott as the contract administrator. All contact information has been updated and all future contact regarding this contract should be addressed to Sheila. Additionally, PCMS has been updated to show management fee is part of this contract per paragraph 1.37 of the original bid document.
2013091809-18-2013 : CONTRACT STATUS East side transition appears complete. Still getting agencies on board on the West side. 2013080508-05-2013 : CONTRACT STATUS Rolling transition is going smoothly for all 3 vendors. LeMay is making calls to agencies who have not yet signed up for service. CA works on a weekly basis to educate agencies in the use of the contract.
2013061406-14-2013 : CONTRACT STATUS This contract will take effect on July 1, 2013 under a rolling transition schedule. The schedule will be posted to the contract portal page on June 24th. There will be no lapse in coverage for any of the existing user agencies. New agencies seeking document destruction services need to request service by e-mailing the appropriate Service Request form to their designated vendor. Please refer to the CCI posted on this site.

2013052905-29-2013 : NEW CONTRACT Bid protest has been denied and award determinations upheld. Contractor price negotiations for off-site destruction costs were finalized yesterday afternoon. Contract award is scheduled to occur by COB on Thursday, May 30th. Pricing and vendor information will be posted to the contract portal by COB on Friday, May 31, 2013.
2013052005-20-2013 : NEW CONTRACT On Friday, May 17th a Bid Protest was received from DB Secure Shred. Documents have been turned over for legal review. Contract(s) will not be executed until the protest has been resolved.Updates will continue to be posted on this site.
2013050705-07-2013 : NEW CONTRACT On Friday, May 3, 2013 a Notification of Apparent Successful Vendor(s) and Intent to Award was issued to all Bidders on Solicitation #07412. DeVries Records Management, Inc. has been named as ASV for the Eastern, South Central and North Central Regions of the state. Le May Mobile Shredding has been named as ASV for the Olympic, Southwestern, and Northwestern regions of the state. Debriefing conferences are currently being scheduled with the unsuccessful vendors. Contract(s) Award is anticipated by the third week of May. These contacts are mandatory use by state agencies. Agencies who are currently receiving document destruction services from vendors other than DB Secure Shred, DeVries or LeMay, are encouraged to let their vendor know about the new contracts. 2013042904-29-2013 : NEW CONTRACT On April 26th contract #05906, with DB Secure Shred, was extended through June 30, 2013 to accommodate the transition period from contract 05906 to 07412. To date an Intent to Award had not been published for #07412. The state is anticipating the announcement of Apparent Successful Vendor (s) by COB on Friday May 3, 2013. 2013041104-11-2013 : NEW CONTRACT Sealed Bids were received in response to the 3/18 Invitation for Bid. Bid and Bidder evaluation continues. Award is anticipated by the end of the month.
2013031903-19-2013 : NEW CONTRACT Solicitation documents were posted to WEBS on 3/18/13. A typo in the posting resulted in the title of the Solicitation being posted as On-LINE Document Destruction Services. The title of this contract is On-SITE Document Destruction Services.CA apologizes for any confusion this may have caused.
2013031303-13-2013 : CONTRACT REBID Solicitation documents are being revised to reflect final policies that have resulted from the passage of the recent Procurement Reform bill. Final internal approval is expected by the end of this week. WEBS posting has been postponed until March18, 2013. Further changes to the posting schedule will be documented in this contract portal.

2012103110-31-2012 : CONTRACT REBID The current contact, #05906, has been extended to provide for additional stakeholder work and usage data retrieval to provide for enhanced bid development for the solicitation of this new, replacement contract #07412. The replacement contract will be a "mandatory use" contract for ALL Washington State Agencies. Agencies not currently participating in the State contract for these services are encouraged to work with their existing document destruction vendor(s) to help prepare for the transistion to the new, statewide, mandatory-use contract that will be in effect by May 1. 2013. It is strongly recommended that any future contracts that the agencies may consider (outside of the State contact) be written with an ending date no later than April 30, 2013.
