As of March 1, 2022, Enterprise Services is pleased to announce the award of Master Contract (07821) for Personnel Investigator Services & Digital Forensics Investigator Services. The contract was awarded by two categories, Personnel Investigator Services and Digital Forensics Investigator Services.
Category 1 Personnel Investigator Services is performed by qualified professionals to investigate and, as directed, report the results thereof regarding workplace investigations pertaining to allegations of:
? Discrimination (race, gender, national origin, religion, veteran status, disability, and age);
? Sexual harassment or hostile work environment;
? Employee misconduct;
? Employee performance issues;
? Just cause (i.e., grievance process pursuant to a collective bargaining agreement); and
? Retaliation
Awarded to: Daphne R. Schneider and Associates, Ogden Murphy Wallace P.L.L.C., D Diamond Consulting, and Intravaia Risk Management Group LLC
Category 2 Digital Forensics Investigator Services. Digital forensics includes “computer forensics” and focusses on the examination of the ubiquitous universe of digital devices, or to be precise: the preservation, identification, extraction and documentation of evidence located on a digital device. The goal is typically to support effective defensible legal process, e.g., litigation, investigation of complaints, law suits.
