Drafting term extensions.
Extensions are based on up-to-date information with the (1a) SOS, (1b) DOR, (1c) Insurance documents on file, timely remit to Enterprise Service, with no less than a 75% on time rate over the contract term for both: (2a) Applicable Vendor Management Fee (VMF) & (2b) Master Contractor Sales Reports, (3) Contractor shall maintain approved status on the QPL Qualified Products List - Clear Roads https://www.clearroads.org/qualified-product-list/ and (4) if the Contractor/Company responds to the contract specialist in order to extend.
Any Contractor not extended will be removed from the list.

This new contract replaced Master Contact 02714 Snow and Ice Control Products, which expires August 17, 2022. The contract is split into 3 categories and 6 regions, each with awards for each category in each region. These deliveries are for snow and ice prevention and removal pertaining to state highways and roadways.
