Lastly, an "Acknowledgement letter" that some Grainger Account representatives have been disseminating was intended to promote the contract but ended up stirring up more confusion than contract activity. I was alerted to this by the pnppa yahoo groups and I have posted a message that included an apology letter from Grainger. At issue, was the request that the acknowledgement letter requested the customer to sign and return a form. No harm was done other than some customer confusion. | |
