DES seeks feedback about potential contractors on Cooperative Contract 24623-Tires, Tubes, and Services (NASPO). An Intent to Award Letter has been sent to the following Apparent Successful Bidders (ASBs):
1. Bridgestone Americas Tire Operations;
2. Continental Tire, The Americas LLC;
3. Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company; and
4. Michelin North America, Inc.
Master Agreements are being negotiated with the above-listed ASBs and can be considered for participating addenda on Washington’s contract if the ongoing negotiations result in Master Agreements. Please review the ASBs and send us your recommendations on which potential contractors we should award in Washington, preferably by February 23, 2024.

DES is starting solicitation 24623for tires, tubes, and services to succeed statewide contract 00519, which expires March 31, 2024.
