If your organization frequently purchases auto parts, this is a great opportunity to make sure your needs are represented in the new Statewide Contract. Sourcing team members should expect to devote a few hours a month for two months (tentatively late March through mid-May 2024), and an evaluator should expect to devote approximately 5 hours for evaluations in Aug 2024. If you have input, but no capacity to become a sourcing team member, DES invites you to fill in the Vendor and Contract Performance Feedback (located on the Contract Summary Page under Resources) to share what is working, what isn’t working, or what we can do differently in the new contract.
