Ordering Instructions
All purchase orders and invoices should include the contract number on them. Agencies are advised that both quotes and invoices must reference the actual amount of labor and equipment used, with no additional charges (like parking, shipping, handling, or fuel fees). Vendors may provide “flat rate bidding,” but any “flat rate” must be below the Statewide Contract’s allowable amount, and that should be calculable based on above. Additionally, a manager or supervisor from the vendor is to required be on site at all times. If your vendor is not adherent to these terms, please document the discrepancy and notify us immediately: DESContractsTeamApple@des.wa.gov.
