Contract Summary

When you use a state contract, you have the security of all its protections, and the security of knowing that the state's contract administrator is available for you to turn to for guidance and for help with any problems, concerns, or issues.

Contract benefits for SECURITY GUARD SERVICES:
• This is a TWO-TIER contract with pre-qualified contractors and not-to-exceed hourly pricing for the guards. Other items requested may have a secondary price (i.e. vehicles - but vehicle insurance is a contract requirement, so you should not be charged for it).
• The second-tier competition for your security guard needs is managed and evaluated by you, because you know your needs better than anyone else. (The CCI has detailed information on what to do.)
• Contractors are categorized by type (armed or unarmed) and region served.
• You do not have to go through the time and expense of doing your own full-blown competition for a multi-page contract - that's already been done for you!
