The 03215 Commercial Food Service Equipment Master Contract, as of the effective date of 01/05/18, has had a change in ownership. The Department of Enterprise Services (DES) completed an Assignment and Assumption documenting the change. The Assignor (Smith & Greene Company) assigned to Assignee (Edward & Don Company, LLC), all of Assignor’s rights, title, and interests in, to, and under the Contract. The Assignee undertakes, accepts, and assumes the assignment of the Contract and assumes all duties and obligations of the Assignor under the Contract.

Commercial type kitchen equipment includes commercial grade appliances and all forms of equipment accessories such as bowls, mixing spoons, baking supplies, pots and skillets, etc. This contract also includes ranges, refrigerators, warmers, microwaves, pots, pans, baking equipment, serving equipment, and cooking utensils. Foodservice equipment & supply manufacturers not listed on the contract price sheet below will be quoted at cost, plus a 15% gross profit margin. Contract will provide a copy of the manufacturer net cost and provide a quote at 15% gross profit margin above cost.
