Contract Scope
Enterprise Services has executed Participating Addenda under the MMCAP DSCSA contract to provide WA State pharmacies with access to the federally mandated DSCSA compliance and data storage solutions.

Awarded vendors provide Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions that support product tracing, product verification, the secure exchange and retention of required transaction information, and other capabilities necessary to comply with federal pharmaceutical track and trace requirements.

About MMCAP Cooperative
Minnesota Multistate Contracting Alliance for Pharmacy (MMCAP) is a national cooperative purchasing organization serving government healthcare facilities and is administered by the Minnesota Office of State Procurement. Washington State utilizes MMCAP cooperative contracts through Participating Addenda executed by Enterprise Services.

How to Use this Contract
1. Establish an MMCAP membership. If your organization does not have an active MMCAP membership, complete the membership application here. After your application is submitted, MMCAP will contact you directly to complete the onboarding process and new user orientation. However, each delivery location and primary point of contact must be registered with MMCAP before your agency can place orders under this contract.
2. Establish an account with an Awarded Contractor. Review the awarded vendors and contact the representative(s) listed below to establish an account with the contractor(s) that best meet your agency's needs. After your account is established, pricing is available on the MMCAP website in Attachment A of the vendor's contract.
3. Place orders through the vendor's online portal. Log in to the contractor's online portal to access available products at approved pricing and place orders. Reference State Contract No. 03426 where possible on your ordering documents.
4. Contact the Contract Administrator(s) listed below with any further questions.
5. Consult the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) for common questions on this contract.

How to Access the Contract Documents
The contracts for this procurement can be accessed by searching the applicable contractor's name on the MMCAP member portal after logging in here.
1. After login, select 'Contracts' from the blue menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
2. Scroll down to the 'View Contract Documents' section and use the search bar to enter the supplier's name. Hit 'Enter.'
3. Note that some contractors have multiple contracts. Find the applicable contract by referencing the 'Category' in the search results on the left-hand side of the screen. Click on the 'Contract Number' of the applicable result to view the contract.
