This contract is the Auto Parts Immediate Need Aftermarket contract for the maintenance and repair of vehicles. This is a NASPO ValuePoint Cooperative Purchasing Contract, which has been open and competitively bid by the State of Oklahoma (Master Agreement # 0900006747). Products are available through the Awarded Contractor’s authorized dealer network. A list of Authorized Dealers are available on WEBS.

This contract is for the outright purchase of Auto Parts (aftermarket).


Customers can order parts through any of the Authorized Dealers listed in the “Authorized Dealer List for Immediate Need Aftermarket Automotive Parts.” An account is required by each vendor to access the discounts and benefits associated with this contract; we recommend Customers proactively* set up accounts with the above listed Vendor(s). Customers can use various avenues to source required parts – telephone, email, fax, and vendor website.

*Note – Customers with NAPA accounts under the current contract should experience a seamless transition since the transition takes place on the back end.

Off Contract Purchases: This contract intends to meet the immediate repair and maintenance needs of fleet operations. However, this contract may not always meet the immediate needs of fleet operations and it may be appropriate for customers to make purchase from non-contract suppliers. In such cases, State Agency Customers must ensure proper documentation accordingly in their procurement file; i.e. follow WPM guidelines, obtain approval from their agency purchasing department, etc.
