How to Use this Contract
This is a brokered contract. All customer communications are to go through the DES Contract Specialist(s) listed in the Contact Info below. General inquiries can be sent to
DES CPSAS.
For New Products, License(s), or Update Requests
1. Contact
DES CPSAS with your request. If you know your organization's SAS coordinator, please have them CCd on all communications.
2. For new license purchases, DES will get a quote from the contractor and send back to customer for approval.
3. Upon approval, customer will need to send a Purchase Order (or other perchasing vehicle) for the product back to DES.
4. DES will process and, when completed, respond to customer with any needed software download/update infomation.
5. DES Finance will send out any applicable customer invoices at the beginning of the next month after orders were finalized.
For License Renewals
SAS software license maintenence expires annually in June. DES will reach out to all customer coordinators in early spring to start the renewal process.

Current Procurement Policies,
follows DES procurement process, and DES has determined that entering into this contract will be in the best interest of the State of Washington.
