Effective October 8, 2019 and through the expiration date of the contract December 31, 2019, this contract is not eligible for federal funds participation. Purchase orders can only be placed using local and/or state funds. Enterprise Services is in the process of rebidding the bus contract with an estimated award date in the first half of 2020.

The purpose is to establish a statewide master contract for statewide Heavy-duty Transit Vehicles that may include and is not limited to services, accessories, equipment, parts, pieces, consulting, training, Bus, Transit, Diesel, Clean diesel, CNG, LNG, Hybrid, Electric, Electric Plug-In, Electric En-Route, High Floor, Low Floor, 30 ft, 35ft, 40ft, 45ft, 60ft, 09214, 04115, 01617, Light Duty, Medium Duty, Heavy Duty, ADA Vans.


DES MANAGEMENT FEE of $1,000 per bus exists on this contract. All Contractors are authorized to reflect the full $1,000 management fee per bus as a separate item on invoices.
