Notice:
The Washington State Legislature has required all state agencies, the legislature, and departments to purchase for their use all goods and services that are produced or provided in whole or in part from Correctional Industries’ (CI) Class II Inmate Work Programs, unless exempted as set forth in
RCW 39.26.251. DES collaborates with CI to identify and designate such goods and services through this
Correctional Industries Mandatory Use Contract (
WAC 200-300-086). This is not a competitively solicited contract per RCW 39.26. CI goods and services are also available to non-agency purchasers, but non-agency purchasers might need to confirm their own procurement authority to utilize this contract.
Scope
To assist state agencies and other eligible purchasers, below is the list of goods and services that are produced or provided in whole or in part from CI’s Class II Inmate Work Programs. State agencies, the legislature, and departments that will not use this contract for a purchase must complete the
