Contract Scope: Contract 01520 is for Fresh Bakery Items. Products on this Contract include, but are not limited to: rolls, muffins, hotdog and hamburger buns, wheat, whole grain, & white breads. Vendors are required to make timely delivery of fresh bakery items to the purchaser. Delivered goods shall be less than 48 hours old since baking.
