Contract Description

This contract provides pre-fabricated, typically concrete buildings typically used as outdoor restroom and shower structures. The contract includes options for:

Flush, Waterless (Vault), or Compostable Toilets

Showers and Changing Rooms

Combination Restroom, Shower, Changing Room, and Ancillary or Accessory Use Structures or Facilities

Equipment, Products, Accessories, and Supplies related to the solutions described in sections above

Services related to the solutions described above, including: Design-Build Services, Customization, Assembly, Delivery, Warranties, Maintenance, and Repair.

Cooperative Contract:This contract is an authorized cooperative contract originally conducted by State of Minnesota (Sourcewell), for more information about the overarching contract, please see the links in the Awarded Contractors section.

Restrictions: DES Statewide Contracts are established in accordance with RCW 39.26, which governs Competitive Purchasing. However, Statewide Contracts exclude RCW 39.04 for Public Works, RCW 39.80 for Architecture and Engineering Services, and RCW 18.43 for Engineers and Land Surveyors.
