Contract Scope This Statewide Contract is designed to meet the ACH validation needs of customers.
The awarded contractor will provide ACH validation services to all Purchasers in compliance with the ACH Rules which require covered entities (i.e., merchants and billers) that use WEB Debits (consumer debit payments authorized or initiated over an online channel) to supplement their fraud detection standards to include account validation as part of a commercially reasonable fraudulent transaction detection system.
