Contract Summary

Contract Scope: Cooperative contract 10421 is for eligible purchasers to access small package delivery products and services. Products and services include, but are not limited to courier and delivery services, mailing, and transportation of goods and freight. It is a NASPO ValuePoint cooperative contract which has been competitively bid and awarded by the state of Utah. To understand the entire agreement for each Contractor, you must read the NASPO ValuePoint Master Agreement. Washington's participation document will only include terms & conditions that are legally required in Washington state. There are three (3) awarded Contractors available to provide Small Package Delivery services.
