Scope:
The NASPO Automatic External Defibrillators (AED) contract was established through NASPO ValuePoint, with Oklahoma serving as the lead state. Washington State participates in this contract via participating addendums. This cooperative agreement is designed to provide Automated External Defibrillator (AED) units, accessories, and support services.

How to use this contract:
1. Review the Contractor section below to find pricing, product offerings, and information for each Contractor.
2. A contractor (manufacturer) may refer customers to a dealer or distributer.
2. Contact the sales representatives or distributer directly to consult about their products and services.
3. Reference the DES Contract No.17522 on your Purchase Order.
4. Contact the Contract Administrator, Davis Abbott with further questions.

Customers can buy products, parts, or services from a list of approved distributors. "The Authorized Dealers & Distributors List" can be found on the NASPO ValuePoint website. To confirm the distributor list, check under the manufacturer's (contractor's) name and navigate to the product documents tab on the NASPO ValuePoint Website.

Note: Approved dealers and distributors do not invoice customers directly. Instead, all sales made by an approved distributor must be reported to the manufacturer. This ensures accurate reporting for NASPO and compliance with Washington State reporting requirements.
