The purpose of contract 20522 is to enable eligible purchasers to obtain fleet management services. Fleet Management Services include vehicle accident management and maintenance management services.
Cooperative Contract:This contract is an authorized cooperative contract originally conducted by another state.
Vehicle maintenance and accident repair through this contract are through the vendor’s network of providers, rather than directly by the vendor. Some Providers (repair shops) may not have adequate contractual agreements with Contractor. Purchasers are strongly encouraged to carefully review the Provider Terms for each Provider. Purchaser should notify Enterprise Services, or Contractor, if the provider does not have the following Provider Terms:
Automotive liability, collision and comprehensive insurance coverage for all vehicles, in the custody, use, possession or control of Provider, in the amount of $1 million combined single limit for liability and the actual cash value of the vehicle for collision and comprehensive coverage.
Defend, indemnify and hold harmless Contractor, Contractor clients and Contractor cardholders from and against any claims, losses, damages and liabilities of whatsoever kind. This indemnity obligation shall survive the termination of the agreement and shall be assignable to Contractor clients and cardholders.
Guarantee all work performed by Provider for a minimum of 12,000 miles or twelve (12) months, whichever occurs first, separate and independent from any manufacturers’ warranty as may also be in effect.
Provider shall not discriminate in any manner against an employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, creed, age, sex, marital status, national origin, ancestry or physical or mental handicap.
Provider shall comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations, ordinances and orders.
Provider shall ensure that any agents, employees or subcontractors operating vehicles owned or operated by Contractor applicable jurisdiction.
Shall ensure compliance with the Contractor Code of Conduct.
