    Restrictions
This Contract is only for purchase of prefabricated and modular bridges. How to Use this Contract
    1. Review the contractor section below once you have determined which category of bridge you need.
    2. Consult the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) for common questions on this contract.
    3. Contact the sales representative directly to consult about the vendor’s products and services.
    4. This is a project-based contract and there is no pricing sheets listed on the contract. Purchaser shall notify the Contrator(s) the exact bridge type and specifications needed and the Contractor will provide a quote with cost of the bridge.

It is highly recommended Purchasers seek two (2) quotes, when there are multiple Contractors to choose from the awarded Contractors. Since this was a competitively bid contract, secondary competitive solicitations are not required. Obtaining two (2) quotes is a best practice to allow for comparison. Purchasers would not be subject to the Delegated Authority limits for these contracts for these quotes as they are purchases from Enterprise Services approved contracts.

    5. Reference DES Statewide Contract No. 23723 on your purchase order.
    6. Purchaser’s are encouraged to complete the contractor feedback form Vendor and Contract Performance Feedback. Enterprise Services values Purchaser's comments on both positive/excellent experiences and areas for improvement. Purchaser's feedback is essential throughout the DES Statewide Contract term.
    7. Contact the Contract Administrator Julie Hannah for assistance or any questions.
