Contract Scope The Department of Enterprise Services, through participation with NASPO ValuePoint, has established participating addendums for the Contractors shown below in the Awarded Contractors section for Procurement Acquisition Support Services.

This contract is for eligible purchasers to purchase services such as acquisition planning assistance, including market research and recommending procurement strategy; acquisition document development including cost/price estimates, quality assurance surveillance plans, statements for work, synopses, solicitations, price negotiation memoranda, etc.; expert assistance in supporting proposal evaluations, including price/cost analysis or technical proposal analysis; contract administration support services, including assistance reviewing contractor performance, development contract modifications, and investigating reports of contract discrepancies; contract close-out assistance; competitive sourcing support, including strategic sourcing studies; privatization studies, public-private partnerships.

DES Small Agency and Liaison Support Services
State Agencies, Boards, and Commissions may also obtain free Procurement Consulting and Support through DES. Small agencies, defined as having 50 employees or fewer, can find more information and assistance here: DES Small Agency Support, while all other agencies can utilize DES’ Liaison Services.
