Contract Scope
This Statewide Contract for Executive Recruitment Consulting Services is for eligible purchasers to purchase services to identify and recruit qualified candidates for executive or senior level leadership and management roles.

These services encompass various tasks, including developing recruitment announcements, reviewing resumes, selecting pre-qualified candidates, creating interview questionnaires, participating in interviews, assessing candidate interviews, conducting reference and background checks, and provide final recommendations for employment.

It is recommended Purchasers seek two (2) quotes when there are multiple Contractors to choose from. Since this was a competitively bid contract, secondary competitive solicitations are not required. Obtaining two (2) quotes is a best practice to allow for comparison.

DES has ensured this procurement meets RCW 39.26, follows State of Washington Current Procurement Policies, follows DES procurement process, and DES has determined that entering into this contract will be in the best interest of the State of Washington.
