DES has implemented a new pricing amendment with Alaska Airlines.

Alaska Airlines Amendment Number 2. Under this amendment, Alaska Airlines is transitioning from a city pair fare model to a percentage-based discount applied to publicly posted fares. Please refer to the amendment document for full details regarding the updated pricing structure and any related changes.
Please note that Alaska Airlines is currently in the process of implementing this pricing change. Alaska Airlines has advised that the updated pricing will take until June 1 to be fully reflected within their booking systems. Please refer to this page for regular updates on this matter. DES appreciates your patience during this transition.
DES encourages purchasers to review all available travel contracts, along with their corresponding pricing sheets, to ensure their business needs are appropriately met.

Scope
This Statewide Contract is for fully refundable airline tickets without penalties or restrictions for use by authorized government travelers only. Enterprise Services does not make travel arrangements or flight bookings. All travel arrangements are handled by each agency, internally.
Alaska Airlines has completed the transition from EasyBiz to a new booking portal, Atmos for Business. EasyBiz is no longer available. You will need to book flights with the new booking tool, Atmos for Business.
If you currently have an EasyBiz account, your information including traveler information and account balance has already been transferred to an Atmos for Business account. Log into your Atmos for Business account with your existing EasyBiz credentials to complete you account set up. To access the Atmos for Business portal visit

If you need to make a change to your flight reservation that is not available online, encounter problems with the website or logging into your Atmos for Business account, please call our Commercial desk at 1-800-327-2755 available 24/7.

How to Use This Contract
1. Required enrollment in
Alaska Airlines free Atmos for Business
2. Organizations with different departments will need to append the department name during sign up, example: WA STATE ENTERPRISE SERVICE – Contracts & Procurement Department.
3. After signing up, email
atmosforbusiness@atmosrewards.com or call (800) 654-5669 with your Atmos account name and number to activate access to Washington state fares.
4. For questions or additional assistance, please contact the vendor directly.
5. When purchasing tickets through Alaska Airline’s Atmos for Business portal, all product types will be displayed (i.e., non-refundable and refundable). Please ensure you’re selecting the refundable government fare when buying.
