How to Use this Contract
1. For Contractor information and Price Sheet please use this guide which has all of the contractors’ contacts, pricing, and contract documents.
2. Contact the sales representatives directly to consult about their products and services.
  This Contract allows for orders and payments to be made through awarded Contractors or their authorized fulfillment partners (subcontractors) named in the vendor table below. Orders placed
  through authorized fulfillment partners are subject to the terms and conditions of the Contract.
3. Reference Enterprise Services Contract No. 03824 on your Purchase Order.
4. Consult the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) for common questions on this contract.
5. Contact the Contract Administrator listed below with any further questions.

While not required, DES recommends that purchasers reach out to 3 awarded contractors, to ensure the best value. It is encouraged that of the three, at least one contractor is a Washington Small Business or a Veteran-Owned Business.

Attend Our Language Access Purchaser Meetings. Purchasers who use these contracts are invited to attend a virtual meeting on the last Wednesday of every month to ask questions, connect with other purchasers, and discuss your needs related to these contracts. To request access to the meetings, please contact the Language Access Program Team.

If you need a sign language interpreter, spoken language interpreter, or captioning services for the Language Access Purchaser Meetings, please contact the Language Access Program Team in advance to properly coordinate on your behalf.
