Contract Type: MASTER CONTRACT

***Due to the uncontrollable global supply chain shortages (for raw materials and components) that are impacting the vehicle industry during COVID-19, Master Contract 04016 (Electric Vehicle Service Equipment) has been amended to allow vendors to apply temporary price adjustments/increases to individual items. The pricing on Master Contract 04016 will not be increased in its entirety, but only if deemed necessary to complete an individual/specific order and must be first approved by customers before acceptance. Vendors will include on their invoice a “Covid-19 Logistics Fee Line item” on all purchases that have been affected by the supply chain shortage. This “Covid-19 Logistics Fee Line item” on invoices will be used for tracking and auditing purposes.
