*****Contract 04016 Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) expired on 9/9/2024. DES is working on establisghing a new EVSE Contract. The new Contract will be for Equipment only and it will not incude any installation nor turnkey solutions*****


This Statewide Contract is for Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment. EVSE provide electric power to the vehicle and use that power to recharge the vehicle's batteries. EVSE systems include the electrical conductors, related equipment, software, and communications protocols that deliver energy efficiently and safely to the vehicle. This Contract gives the purchaser an array of certified EVSE products from qualified manufacturers/dealers and allows the purchaser the flexibility to select the most appropriate EVSE for their intended use. Additionally, this contract provides competitive manufacturer pricing, UL Certified (EVSE) products, warranty options and EVSE installation option.

These Categories are available to eligible purchasers statewide:
Category 1 – Smart/Basic EVSE complete turnkey solution that provides all core hardware, network services, planned maintenance services, repair services and installation.
Category 2 – Smart/Basic EVSE core network services, planned maintenance services, repair services.
Category 3 – Smart/Basic EVSE hardware, installation.

4. Vehicle electrical equipment and parts can be purchased through the NASPO Automotive Parts Contract # 12621. Additional facility electrical support equipment such as submeters can be purchased through Facilities Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) & Industrial Supplies, Contract # 01018.
5. *PUBLIC WORKS DISCLAIMER*. Eligible customers utilizing this contract must ensure they are in compliance with all their applicable public works regulations for any equipment installs that require site preparation.
