NASPO has extended this contract until December 31, 2024 while a new contract under number 19222 is in signing process.
Scope
This NASPO led contract (State of Oregon) is for Janitorial Equipment, Fasteners, Material Handling, Plumbing, Outdoor Garden, HVAC, Hand and Power Tools, Electrical, Paint, Security and Safety products, and many other items that are necessary for the operation, repair, and maintenance of running a facility. Additionally, Purchasers are advised that Installation Services are not provided on this contract. Purchasers needing installation of products on this contract are to utilize their own procurement authorities. The State of Washington has signed a Participating Addendum (PA) to use this contract. Customers have the option of utilizing any of the awarded vendors. Please note that pricing varies between vendors. Customers should use the vendor that best meets their needs.
State Agencies are encouraged to use existing Statewide Contracts, if possible, before using the Facilities MRO contract. Doing so typically can provide better pricing, and has a greater chance of utilizing small, diverse, or Washington State businesses.
