DES is developing a new solicitation for HVAC Parts and Filters: This contract is set to expire on June 30, 2024 and Enterprise Services is developing a new solicitation to replace this contract. Contract Scope
This is a statewide master contract for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system component parts.
Restrictions: This contract is only for routine preventative maintenance and repairs to restore an HVAC system to an already Public Works approved state. This contract is not for upgrades, overhauls, improvements to existing systems, or new system installs. For that work, please consult your agency's Public Works division as such procurements are typically under a different RCW (39.04) and procurement department.
How to Use this Contract
1. Review the Contractor section below to find pricing, product offerings, and information for each Contractor. This Contract includes products that are in compliance with Washington Executive Order 20-01 State Efficiency and Environmental Performance and are identified as such on the price sheet. When making purchases consider the identified green products to support the state goals.
2. Each Contractor has slightly different ordering instructions (see below). Freight will be prepaid and included in prices unless otherwise specified.
3. Contact the sales representatives directly to consult about their products and services.
4. Reference DES Contract No. 07815 on your Purchase Order.
