This contract will provide for the purchase of certain common electrical supplies – e.g., wire, conduit, breakers, switches, and electrical trim items, including LED lighting fixtures, controls, and smart controls, collectively considered “Electrical Supplies.”

This Statewide Contract #11121 EXCLUDES ANY PRODUCTS ISSUED ON ANY CURRENTLY ACTIVE DES CONTRACTS, which at the time of posting includes:
Statewide Contract 03020 Lamps, Ballast, Retrofit Kits, and Lamp Recycling Containers
Statewide Contract 07521 Street Lights and Poles
Statewide Contract 23123 Electrical Vehicle or Auto Parts

Enterprise Services has awarded only Regional Awards for this Contract to date and intends to REPOST a Competitive Solicitation for the Statewide Awards with minimal changes in the next few weeks. Regional Award Contracts (covering all six Washington Regions) will be executed shortly. See regional map below.

Purchasers seeking alternatives to this Statewide Contract may consider the Statewide Facilities Maintenance, Repairs, and Operations (MRO) Contract #01018 for electrical supplies until the final contract term expiring 06-30-2024, as well.

Alternatively, agencies may use their own procurement authority to purchase electrical supplies.
