Contract Scope
This statewide contract is for purchasers to obtain Roadway Maintenance Products such as emulsions, sealants and other products typically used by the Washington State Department of Transportation, Washington Counties and Cities that have road maintenance responsibilities.
This contract allows eligible customers to make purchase decisions based on individual business needs and best value. Purchase decision factors may include but are not limited to: the unit cost of the product, proximity to the job site, timely delivery and applicable delivery costs. This contract lists multiple suppliers in (6) separate regions throughout the State of WA. Purchasers are encouraged to place their orders with vendors who are the most cost effective and who will best fulfill their business needs.

How to Use this Contract
1. Review the

2. Review the
Vendor Price List for contractors pricing.
3. Purchasers should be advised that pricing for Categories 1-8 (Asphalt Emulsion Products) are subject to bi-weekly cost adjustments based on
The Asphalt Binder Reference Cost, obtained from the WSDOT Construction website. The Contractor is responsible to reference the Asphalt Binder Reference Costs for any bi-weekly price adjustments prior to invoicing. The Enterprise Services will not publish updated prices based on bi-weekly adjustments.
4. Purchasers should also be aware that delivery is
not included in the price, and should reach out to the desired Contractor to obtain a quote for delivery.
